Walk location: South side of Óbidos Lagoon

The Walk: The walk is initially through woodland, descending to the lagoon. The path then follows the edge of the lagoon and will be slippery and muddy in wet weather so walking poles and good foot-ware are recommended. The second half of the walk follows the lagoon, but on dry firm tracks, suitable for cycles.
This is a linear walk so we will car share from the meeting point to the start point.
Timing: The walk is about 7 km and is expected to take 2.5 hrs including transport in cars.
Car Meeting Point: Meet at 10:15 am in a car park just off the road from Arelho to Bom Successo at 10:15 am. This is the start point for a cycle track.
