The Walk
Mouraria Walk
The walk will start at the new cemetery of Tornada and will lead us along the river Tornada and the surrounding agricultural land, then through orchards of pear and apple trees. We will then get some shade walking through a forest of pine and eucalyptus trees towards the village of Casais dos Morgados. The trail will be on rural and forest tracks and on a quiet road on our way back from Mouraria to our starting point.
For safety reasons dogs must be kept on a short leash.
Timing
The walk is about 7 km and will take about 2 hours
