Notes: Directions to meeting point:

From Caldas da Rainha take the fast road to Foz do Arelho (drive through the industrial estate and through several kilometers of woodland). At the rocky roundabout turn right, signposted Serra de Bouro. You pass quarry entrances on your left and about 1km further on you come to a cross roads. Go straight across – sign posted São Martinho do Porto, Igreja & Cemitério – and after 200 metres turn into a parking area on the left just before the church. There is a bandstand in the parking area. This is the meeting point.

From São Martinho do Porto go to Salir do Porto and leave the main road by turning left after the roundabout to go through Casais do Salir. Keep straight on and descend into the valley driving through woodland. As you exit the woodland you will see a church on your right. Turn right into a parking area just after the church. There is a bandstand in the parking area. This is the meeting point. If you come to a cross roads turn round.
