The Walk
Stone quarries – Nadadouro
Starting in Rua de Lareira we cross Avenida Atlantica for a 5 km walk, mostly sandy roads, past 2 quarries and through pine and eucaliptus forest.

The walk is about 5 km and is expected to take about 2 hours

- Coming via the N360 (Caldas da Rainha – Foz do Arelho , take left coming from Foz do Arelho or right coming from Caldas when you the signs for the restaurant Lareira. Coming via the Avenida Atlantic (direction from Caldas) take the second round about after Restaurant Lisboa, and turn the first left and follow signs for restaurant Lareira. If you come from Salir, then first round about and first street right, follow signs for restaurant Lareira. ↩︎
